What is the Savvas Manual Rostering Solution?

Savvas Manual Rostering Solution provides user management and class roster synchronization tools to customers to simplify platform setup tasks at the beginning of each school year. It is uniquely designed to enable both the Savvas Customer Administrator and Teacher account holders to complete any or all of the manual rostering tasks, which include Google Classroom and LTI-A LMS integration with Realize. This flexible solution allows our customers to determine how to approach manual rostering.


Savvas Customer Admin Account Features

The Savvas Customer Admin user interface provides centralized tools that enable administrators to create/manage user accounts, manage teacher self-registration settings, create/update/manage classes and rosters, add programs to classes, and even create assignments!


Savvas Customer Administrators

Go to our On-Demand training page and use the Setup for High, Medium, or Low Administrator Support Guide to determine which tasks the Admin account holder will complete for teachers. Then, review the Getting Started section of the page to begin working on your manual rostering tasks in the order they need to be completed. We also provide a Manual Rostering Asynchronous course, webinar, and Manual Rostering Assistance service for our Savvas Customer Administrators who need additional help.


Manually Rostered Teachers

Teachers in manually rostered districts can complete all the manual rostering tasks after the Admin configures Teacher Self-Registration settings. Teachers can learn more about their manual rostering tasks on the Realize On-Demand Training page.
