Momentum Year at a Glance Planning Tool

The Year at a Glance Planning Tool is designed to help teachers strategically plan instruction based on beginning-of-year (BOY) diagnostic data. By aligning diagnostic results with the sequence of math topics taught throughout the year, educators can identify which students may need additional support or enrichment for each topic. Teachers can use their Class Summary or Student Report in Savvas Realize to group students by domain performance, allowing for targeted scaffolding and just-in-time instruction. This tool supports data-driven decision-making, helping teachers save time while promoting student growth across all levels.
